Setting up your Account

Open the email you have received from Finverity and log into https://platform.finverity.com
Sign in with your email address and the password we sent you.

Once you sign in you will be able to change your password. You will need to set up a secure password i.e one that includes a mixture of lower and uppercase letters, numbers and symbols.

In order to gain further access to the platform you will need to complete an extended registration form that allows us to verify that you are who you say you are, in order to keep Finverity a safe platform, free of fraudsters, money launders and so on.

You will need the following documents during this process:
Proof of Identity for all Directors and Persons of Significant Control such as a Passport, ID or Driver’s License
Proof of Address for all Directors and Persons of Significant Control such as a utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months
You may be asked for documents such as certificate of incorporation or board minutes confirming that the user whose details are being registered has the right to represent the company and re-assign account receivables in exchange for early payment.

Once you have submitted your documents for registration, we will check the validity of your Proof of Identity and Proof of Address for all Directors and Persons of Significant Control as well as:

Verify that all Directors and PoSC have been declared
Cross check against list of Sanctions List
Cross check against list of PEPs
Cross check against list of Sanctioned Countries

Please bear in mind that these steps will normally take up to 15 minutes for all verifications.

Once you pass our verification checks
You will receive a confirmation email once your details have successfully been verified. However, before you can start selling your invoices you will first need to login to your account to add and verify your bank account. Please see this guide on how to add and validate your bank account.
