If it doesn’t, we may have asked you to send a screen recording of your log from the Developer (Dev) Tools section of your web browser. This enables us to investigate and resolve the issue for you more quickly.

How to access Developer Tools
Depending on the browser you are using, you can access Developer Tools under Settings.
On Chrome and Microsoft Edge you can access Developer Tools by going to the three dots in the top right corner selecting More Tools and then Developer Tools.
Open Developer Tools and select Network. You may need to press “Ctrl + R”
This will open a busy page with a lot of information - don’t worry! Now we will start taking a screen recording!
How to send a screen recording
When you are on the part of the portal where you are experiencing an issue, please:
Select the Help & Support widget in the bottom right hand corner.
Select “Report an Issue”
Then Press the picture of a video camera to start recording.

Once you have start recording, we will ask you to show us certain sections from Developer Tools.
What you should include in your video
We are going to ask you to click on different sections of Developer Tools so we can see the content from there.
Starting on the Network tab (shown above), please:
Select Fetch/XHR shown
Select Graphql from the boxes on the left hand corner , this will open a box on the side of the screen
Select the console tab and scroll up and down to show us if there are any errors
