You can open the Business Profile tab once you successfully submit all company information required in the Company tab.
The payer's business profile will be shown to all counter-parties on the platform via the invoice card.
Short Name - if the company name is too long you can provide a shortened company name as an alias to use on the platform.
Restrict sellers from uploading invoices - this setting should be enabled if a True Sale Payer is uploading invoices and does not want to manually confirm invoices submitted by sellers. Keep in mind that the platform enforces unique invoice references between payer-seller relationships.
Fund Manager - Select a fund manager who will perform all pre-funding approvals. Typically this is the same fund manager who will be funding the facility.
Interest Coverage, Capitalisation and Leverage Ratio - these financial ratios will be displayed to funders when we launch the Deal Room later next year.
Business description - this will be visible to all counter-parties
Transaction Summary and Credit Mitigants - will be displayed to funders when we launch the Deal Room later this year.
Internal Risk Rating - Select a risk rating using the table below as guidance.
Each funder receives a monthly report summarising the payables financed in the previous month. This report requires additional information included in this section in order to generate correctly.
As a bare minimum you need to populate the Cash Reserve Balance (including Currency) - this is the escrow amount available to funders to settle non-payment of invoices by the payer. The amount is deposited by the payer in a segregated bank account with the funder before the invoice are purchased from the sellers.
The other fields are information only fields that are included in the monthly SCF report.
The Submit button will appear disabled if you have not completed all required fields. After successfully saving changes you can continue to the next part of the payer onboarding process - Setting up Payer Limits and Pricing .
