Setting up Seller Limits

The seller limit is an optional limit and therefore if not set, the system will rely on the Investment Strategy Limit, and the Platform Limit.

Creating seller limits

Follow the steps below to create a new seller limit:

  1. Click the user profile icon.

  2. Select Seller Relationships.

  3. Click Add New Limit.

  4. Set up the limit for the seller.

    Select a seller and assign a limit. If you decide to assign a limit in a currency that is different from the invoice currency, we will use the 3rd-party FX rates to determine the limit in the invoice currency. You will be able to track utilisation of seller limits through the limit tracker.

Editing seller limits

Follow the steps below to edit an existing seller limit:

  1. Click the user profile icon.

  2. Select Seller Relationships.

  3. Select the edit icon for the seller limit you want to edit.

  4. Set the new limit for the seller.

    Edit the limit amount as shown below. Keep in mind that you will only be able to reduce the limit on unutilised funds.
