Something doesn't work. How do I get technical support?
If you are experiencing a technical issue, as a first step please clear your browser's cache.
If you are still experiencing the issue, the fastest and quickest way to receive assistance is to report the issue using the blue “Help & Support” widget in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This will help us obtain information to resolve the issue quickly.
1. Please select the option to report an issue.
2. Please take a screenshot or screen recording of the issue by selecting the camera or video camera buttons. This will be sent to us when you select submit.
Once we have received your request we will respond via email with any additional information.
