Filling in Company Details

Key Notes

  • Complete all required fields (marked with *).

  • The registration number must be unique across the platform.

  • The currency you set will be used as the default currency for the payer - all financials in the business profile will be denominated in this currency; all reports and table totals will be aggregated in this currency.

  • The agreement date is the date your facility agreement was signed with the payer - this date is referred to in the order forms generated by the platform.

Specifying the Representative/Signatory

Key Notes

The representative/signatory plays two important roles on the platform:

  1. The system will automatically execute the company's contracts/agreements using the name and position of the representative provided in this section.

  2. They will receive initial super admin access to the payer's account with the email address provided.

We recommend assigning an authorised signatory as the representative/signatory.

Entering Registered and Trading Addresses

This is the address at which the company is registered.

The trading address is the address at which the company operates from. Enable the Same as Registered Address checkbox to copy the registered address into the trading address.

Specifying Company Directors

This is an optional section. If you want to provide details for active directors for KYC purposes, enable the Directors toggle.

If the director is also a  person with significant control (PSC) who owns or controls a minimum of 10-25% of company shares (depending on the jurisdiction), then enable the  Mark as PSC  checkbox to create the same person as a person with significant control.

Only populate the end date for directors who are no longer active.

Specifying Persons of Significant Control

This is an optional section that needs to be filled if you enable the Directors section above.
A PSC can be a person or company. Click the Add PSC button to add a person or the Add company button to add a company PSC. When you add a company PSC you will be required to provide all its respective directors and PSCs. The goal of this is to reach the UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners).

Attaching Additional Documents

Attach any additional documents in the section below.

Reviewing the Digitally Signed Contracts

You do not need to do anything in this section. The contracts/disclaimers you see will be digitally accepted by the payer's representative when they first login to the platform.

You can attach all agreements you signed offline with the client.

Submitting Company Details

The Submit button will appear disabled if you have not completed all required fields. After successfully saving changes you can continue to the next part of payer onboarding -  Filling in Payer Business Profile .
